Position: Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist
Location: Wonthaggi
Employment Type: Casual to start with view of going part time after 3 months. Hours Negotiable. 

About the Role
A skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist is sought to join a small Boutique Aesthetic Skin Clinic in Wonthaggi. 

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, beauty treatments, and client care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.

We are a small volume clinic, with focus on providing high quality boutique treatments to those of the Bass Coast Shire region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of beauty and skin treatments, including facials, peels, lashes, waxing, tinting, and massage
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies
• Promote and upsell skincare products and treatment packages

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Beauty or Skin Therapist
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be punctual and reliable

If you have experience with IPL, Laser, Peels, sonophoroesis , Body Contouring with U/S and RF, and micro needling, this is highly desired.
