During your carbon facial treatment, the nurse will start by cleansing your face to clear away dirt and excess oil. A special carbon cream will be applied onto your skin and allowed to absorb for about 10 minutes. Afterward, the therapist will use a laser hand piece to deliver pulsed light rays onto the treatment area, removing the carbon cream together with dead epidermal skin cells without doing harm to surrounding tissue.
Treatments are spaced 4 weeks apart, in order to allow the skin regenerative process of the facial to take full effect and given you maximum facial skin rejuvenation.
